Admission, Withdrawaland and Disimssal
1. Admission to this school is restricted by certain regulations and conditions such as age, ability and conduct. Applicants for admission will be tested and admitted to the standard which they are found eligible for.
2. The age for admission:
(i) LKG (Nursery) – 3.5 years on 1st of April
(ii) UKG – – 4.5 to 5.5 years on 1st of April.
3. For admission to Std. 1 the child should complete five years of age on the 1st April of the year of Admission.
4. No admission is finalised if a student is from another institution until a Leaving Jurisdictional Educational Certificate is produced countersigned by the concerned authority.
5. In case of fresh admission to K.G. classe, a Photostat copy of birth certificate should be produced in the office.
6. At the time of admission, the pupils should be introduced personally by his/her Parent/Guardian who will be responsible for the school discipline such as maintaining studies, conduct, regularity and paying school fees.
7. A student who fails more than once in the same class shall leave the school and Transfer Certificate will be issued on request.
8. Admission is open to all eligible boys and girls irrespective of caste, creed, religion and colour.
9. A very careful selection of student for admission is made and the school demands high standard in ideals and attainments.
10. The Parents/Guardians must give a calendar month’s notice in writing before the withdrawal of student, else fees for the entire session will be charged.
11. No Transfer Certificate shall be issued unless all dues to the school have been cleared in full.
12. Afee of Rs. 20/- shall be charged for issuing a duplicate copy of T.C. and Rs. 10/- for Bonafide certificate.
Uniform and Appearance
- Uniform gives an exclusive identity to students and promotes a feeling of unity and discipline among students.
- Students must wear neat and tidy school uniform on all the school days.
- Uniform should be of the proper size, fitting and should be well ironed before use.
- Students should have their shirts proper washed, buttoned up and well tucked in.
- Boys should maintain properly combed and trimmed hair.
- Girls should braid their hair with a red ribbon and use black hair band for short hair.
- Students should maintain proper personal hygiene and cleanliness. They should cut their nails at regular intervals to ensure safety against diseases.

Attendance
- Every student should report at the school by the first bell at 8.50 a.m. A sense of punctuality must be instilled into the minds of children.
- Leave of absence (found in student’s diary) must be signed by parents/ guardians accompanied by a proof medical certificate etc.
- In case of serious illness, the Principal must be informed of it within three days in writing with a Doctor’s certificate.
- Condoned: Students are promoted on the basis of the whole year’s performance. Hence regularity in attendance is a must.
Early Deparature/ Half Day Leave
Once a student attends the school, he/she will not be allowed to go home before school hours. In case of unavoidable circumstances such as medication of child, sudden demise of a relative or any other emergency at home, if the child is to be taken home early, the mother/father/authorized guardian should come to school with an application. Half day leave will be granted at 11.00 am on receipt of written request from the parents. During Early Departure and half day leave the child will be allowed to go with mother/father/authorized guardian only and no other person should be deported for this purpose.
Discipline
Order and silence are to be strictly observed during class hours and also when going from one class to other or to the playground. The class rooms are strictly reserved for studies and should not be used as recreation rooms. Due respect should be shown to teachers at the school and whenever the students meet him/her. Politeness & courtesy speech and conduct as well as cleanliness of dress and person shall be inculcated. (A student is to pay a fine against any damage done to the school property).
STUDENTS WILL ….
- Maintain silence while moving in the corridors and avoid running, shouting or playing during class hours.
- Respect the school uniform and wear it to the school or all prescribed days, failing which may be sent home.
- Be answerable to the school authorities for their conduct both in and outside the school.
- Contribute to the image of the school by good manners and good behavior.
- Be polite and kind to all and foster a spirit of brotherhood.
- Maintain cleanliness and value of the school property.
- Respect the authorities at all levels.
- Be responsible and disciplined while at school.
- Complete class and home assignments on time.
- Produce medical certificate if absent for three or more days on medical ground.
- Never bring any valuables (like jewellery, wrist watch, money etc.)
- Never collect any unauthorized funds
Payment of Fees
1. All the fees should be paid in cash only.
2. Fees must be paid on monthly basis.
3. No separate circular or notice will be sent to parents in respect of payment of school fees.
4. Payment of monthly tuition fees is as follows: a. 1st to 13th of every month.
5. If the fees are not paid on or before the due date a fine of Rs. 100/- per month will be charged.
